We guarantee your order arrives in perfect working condition.

Should any products by rare occurrence arrive in unsatisfactory condition we will gladly replace for the same item.

We will only exchange products for identical items and do not offer cash refunds on any products.

Ticketed Event cancellations are eligible for a credit towards Qigong.com merchandise.

Event tickets can also be exchanged for other similar events.

There are no cash refunds given on tickets unless SSQF cancels the event, which has never happened.
